We have two properties with Fifth Avenue. Our property manager Jeorgia is incredible. Her timely communication, care for our properties and kindness to both ourselves and our tenants result in an all round positive experience. In the past year we unfortunately had huge insurance delays post cyclone which impacted everybody and Jeorgia went above and beyond to support the situation. To have a mature, knowledgeable and committed property manager can be the difference between an amazing or terrible investing experience.
