Brooke has been helpful from the start.  I had 2 previous agents before Brooke called to see if Fifth Avenue could assist me in renting my property which had been vacant for 4 months.  Brooke and Fifth Avenue had my home rented within 14 days of listing. We have two properties with Fifth Avenue. Our property manager Jeorgia is incredible. Her timely communication, care for our properties and kindness to both ourselves and our tenants result in an all round positive experience. In the past year we unfortunately had huge insurance delays post cyclone which impacted everybody and Jeorgia went above and beyond to support the situation. To have a mature, knowledgeable and committed property manager can be the difference between an amazing or terrible investing experience.
